1. About Locify

Locify is a local business discovery platform. We connect customers with local businesses and offer a referral reward programme for our partners.

2. Referral Programme

Registered referral users receive a unique referral code. When a business signs up using your referral code and is approved by our admin team, you earn a reward (₹10–₹75) via a spin-wheel.

Referrals are linked permanently and cannot be changed by users.
Monthly renewal rewards are granted after admin approval of payment.
There is no cap on the number of referrals.

3. Payouts

All credit payouts are processed exclusively through UPI (Unified Payments Interface). No other payment method is supported.

To withdraw, submit a withdrawal request via WhatsApp. Payouts are manually processed by the Locify team within 3–7 business days.

Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹50. Locify reserves the right to verify the legitimacy of referrals before processing payouts.

4. Data We Collect

Email address and name for account creation.
UPI QR image (if voluntarily uploaded for withdrawals).
Referral activity and credit history.
Business analytics (page views, clicks) for listing businesses.

We do not sell your data to third parties.

5. Business Listings

Businesses registered on Locify are subject to admin approval. Approved listings are publicly visible. Unapproved or rejected listings are not shown to customers.

Admin reserves the right to hide, remove, or reject any listing at any time without prior notice.

6. Disclaimer

Locify acts as a discovery platform only. We are not responsible for the quality, pricing, or availability of products/services offered by listed businesses.

Credit rewards are at the sole discretion of the Locify team and may be adjusted or withheld in cases of fraudulent referral activity.
